Mindfulbizz - Mission

Let those who want to move the earth first move themselves

MINDFULBIZZ is an initiative of Mindfulbizz and the Instituut voor Aandacht & Mindfulness. We offer new training programmes where welfare, performance, focus and conscious attention go hand in hand for the best possible result. MINDFULBIZZ also focuses on daily problems at home and at work.


MINDFULBIZZ has placed Mindfulness in a broader context to suit the needs of companies and organisations. We also talk about other techniques and attitudes for dealing with problems more attentively and consciously: stress reduction techniques, bio-feedback, cognitive techniques, behaviour interventions, tips for a healthy lifestyle, language patterns, Qi Gong, psychodynamics and Mind/Body health.

In practice: we share all our knowledge with you. In a concise and handy package: workbook, interactive study forum, eight CD’s full of exercises and an individual stress monitor for every participant.
